Conditional Fee Agreements

As from the 1st November 2005 the Conditional Fee Agreement Regulations 2000 and the Collective Conditional Fee Agreements Regulations 2000 are revoked.

The C.F.A. / C.C.F.A Regulations shall continue to have effect for the purposes of a Conditional Fee Agreement entered into before 1st November 2005.

The Government has revoked the existing C.F.A. and C.C.F.A. Regulations and focused on Client Care Contractual Responsibilities which will be included in the Law Society’s New Practice Rules and Cost Information Code.
