Our aim is to provide the
best possible service to all of our clients in terms of quality, speed and
efficiency.
Upon receipt of your file it
is logged in and on day one allocated to the fee earner who will deal with
it.
Your file is costed and the
draft bill submitted for approval as soon as possible within our ten day
turn around time scale.
Upon receipt of approval of
the draft the bill is immediately engrossed and either returned to you for
service along with your file of papers or served upon the paying party if
you prefer us to deal with the negotiations on your behalf (all part of our
comprehensive service and included in the agreed terms of business.)
Any offers received will be
discussed with you and the appropriate advice given as to the issues
involved and any potential pitfalls of proceeding to assessment.
If settlement is not achieved
we will after obtaining your instructions on the Points of Dispute prepare
Replies and set the matter down for hearing if no settlement can be
achieved.
We will attend the detailed
assessment on your behalf (unless you wish to attend yourselves) and
immediately upon conclusion of the matter report back to you with the
outcome.
Throughout the process we
will offer advice all along the way in terms of maximising costs,
appropriate offers, advice on offers received and the correct level of
settlement.
It is our aim to be the best
and we sincerely believe that we strive to attain that, if you are not happy
with our service at any time then please tell us and we will do all that we
can to resolve any difficulties that may have arisen.
