The regional offices deal with many aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury and medical negligence. There is also a separate department which deals matrimonial work. The firm has considerable experience in dealing with substantial group litigation matters, including the Vibration White Finger claims brought by The Mine Workers Council, the DTI and private miners. We have recently dealt with group litigation brought by Essex County Council on behalf of the parents of children in the care of a charity, Family in Trust.
